Please be careful with any "agent" that uses Keller William's name. It appears that this is now a name only (Largest Real estate agency in the USA).

Seems any ruthless, uncaring agent can go under this cloak and KW being so arrogantly big LETS them as long as they get SOMETHING of a cut. Without "Quality Control", whichis an absolute necessity with this type of giving your name out.

I had an agent that would call and tell me she had a prospective buyer to bring by at a certain time. I am a private seller living in the house I want to sell. I would call back saying that the time was not good and to call me back to set up a time.(She would not answer so I would leave messages.

,This agent never answers her phone does not call back (at least not during regular business hours as I requested). She actually just came over instead at the time she wanted with a caravan of cars. Another day when she did not call back within the time frame I requested but later when she wanted to, she left a message saying she believed I said to come over tomorrow at nine, when I said NOTHING LIKE THAT. Her company is Benassi Realty Group.

They show an Orlando address. The Office has a Palm Beach County area code. I am a private seller. I finally called (again when the time she stated was not good, to cordially set a time later that day) one time when she actually answered.

She did not know who I was. Let me just say...rude and curt, snide. I, then, told her do NOT call again. BUT yeah, they throw around the name Keller Williams and yes KW lets it happen.

Bad News.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Location: Hollywood, Florida

I have to agree with the comment below. It's not Keller Williams or Re/MAX or Coldwell Banker...it's the independent agent you choose to work with.

The company just holds the agent's license, the agent runs their own business out of wherever their license is.

It has nothing to do with the companies themselves. Too bad you had an awful experience.

It is horrible for any person to go though any ordeal when purchasing or renting a home. For that there is no excuse.

Any Broker that "represents" an agent like that is a fool. As an agent, I would never treat any customer or perspective customer in such a manner. Consumers speak, just as you have here, and to stay in business you need a good repour with the people you associate with. That being said, I do want to point out that Keller Williams, just as many other Real Estate name brands, is a Franchise; no different than McDonald's or Burger King.

Any agent, in any state, pays to put that name on their signs. They really do not work for the company. The Franchisee, Keller Williams, has a basic set of this lines, a broker then buys in and "hires" agents. These agents Also own their own businesses.

I do not work for Keller Williams but have learned being in the business, any *** that has a few hundred dollars can become an agent. So I ask that any person buying, selling or renting real estate, so your homework on your agent and do not knock a company as a whole. There are many excellent agents with many "name brand" company titles that are hurt because another franchise hurt them. It is not their fault.

Every agent works for themselves. Even if you do not work with an agent under that Broker again, dontplease don't write off an entire company.

It is like boycotting all McDonald's restaurants for 1 bad cheese burger. Thank you for your time.
