a real-estate agent RAMU TALATI, had me sign exclusive buyer contract saying that this is agency disclosure and the last page was exclusive contract. When I asked to take it home to review he said " I need to show it to my boss in meeting today". It will take just a minute/. "

After a month he send me email for LEGAL THREAT saying that I purchased house and I will have to pay him 3%, otherwise his company( Keller Williams) will take legal actions?.

1) he never explained contract and lied to me what I am signing?.

2) I have not purchased house still he threats me

3) since I signed those peppers he is not working for me , not answering my call or emails

I explained to his boss ANNA GALLO, she is taking his side :. I even contacted regional director, they all are same:.

Now I am stuck , agent did put 6 months in contract which was obviously after I signed'. now they are asking me for settlement/. What?????

When you sign a buyer brokerage agreement, you're legally bound to that one realtor for the duration of the contract, regardless of whether you go somewhere else or not. The reason he had you sign it is precisely because of what you just did, which was use the realtor's services and then buy a house with someone else.

It's not fair to that realtor if you put them to work for you and then decide you want to work with someone else - maybe you're too self-centered to figure this out, but realtors have a mortgage and grocery bills as well, so they're relying on you working with them so that they can live.

Ultimately, you owe that money to the realtor you were bound to, and while he probably should've explained the document better, you should've been honest to begin with and said you were still shopping around for a realtor, so that he could've nicely told you to get lost and to take advantage of someone else.

But big surprise, you're another typical ***hole of a customer that has no regard for anybody else but themselves.
