I hired a Keller Williams Agent specializing in selling homes fast. This agent guaranteed he could sell my home saying" I sol my last home in 7 days. Keller Williams dumped our listing on MLS and allowed other realtors to trash our property, they drug dirt on our floors and broke bulbs in our bathrooms.
we priced the home way below market. needless to say we did not sell the home and subsequently lost it to foreclosaure, We logded a complaint with the better business buerau, Keller Williams did not even bother to reply.
My advice to you, do not use Keller Williams to sell your house, they are lousy liars,and you will end up with hundreds of dollars in repairs. 128c05a

Homeowners who use a good real estate agent know the difference and the difference starts with the corporate culture... That is one great benefit of selling your home yourself..you control who goes through and this minimizes property destruction and theft. Only a really good agent cares about those issues...like mud across carpet and broken (whoops) which you are liable for. |

KW has 77,000 agents and it sounds like you got the worst one. i would advise calling that agents broker. i know in my office and all the offices i deal with something like that would not happen unanswered. i have been an agent for 10 years, 3 with kw and i can confidently say that the agents in our office are the most ethical and well trained in our market. give another KW agent a chance they will make up for your bad experience. |
