Fern worked under Keller Williams and started off running 100 mph. She assisted in straightening our credit scores for over a year.

Once that year was gone and we found the house we wanted the lies and deception began. Fern was supposed to be representing us but instead she allowed the sellers dictate the follow of the entire deal. We asked her to ask about the plumbing, electricity and roofing in which the disclosure provided nothing but false hidden damages that could only be discovered after closing. The seller Realitor was also a part of Keller Williams so my advice is never use Fern Poyser, never use the the same company that the sellers are using and never ever let the Realitor select your inspection company.

It will come back to bite you hard.

The sad thing is that Fern only defense is we want them to remodel our home for us which is not true. We want them exposed for the deceitful company who hire deceitful people.

Wow we have one of those in Eugene Oregon. Her name is Stephanie Coats.

6% commission on a house that sold to the first buyers and still screwed me out of money in every way possible. Imagine making almost $13,000 dollars commission and still being greedy.
