Logan Bower in Bonita springs office has a property listed in cape coral that had 2 previous pending sales and then relisted i then had an agreement just to find out after spending thousands in travel and inspections that the house was in need of a sea wall or bulkhead replacement at a cost of $49,0000.Plus a unusable boat dock that was totally rotted out and not attached at many points.
I bumped into previous bidders at an open house and they told me that he knew why they cancelled.So this guy did not disclose.When i cancelled sale he relisted the house at full price and did not disclose this on the listing,and yes i supplied him a copy of the report and a phone to ask all the question he wanted to from the professional
