I want to be known anonymous. I am afraid of her and do not want her contacting me.

Please look into her history. Her name is Brandi Jo Zirkelabach. She has an extreme temper and yells at you when you are not interested in a deal that she wants to make and says quit yelling at her when she does the yelling. She lies and says no need for an inspection you may want and makes up a high price for the inspection.

The price was not even close to want she said. Says she doesn’t know where things are located so we can look at it to see if safe. She wrote in things to be fixed. When I was wanting everything fixed, she was very argumentive.

Saying can’t fix everything. She also said she will fix it herself, with nothing in writing. She lied and said they agreed to fix everything when everything was not on the list of things to fix. Turned my son against me by saying untrue stuff to him.

Always Rushing for a decision to be made now. Terrible experience

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $800.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Entire experience was traumatizing and a disaster.
