Keller Williams Realty - Illegal activity
it's illegal in SC not to disclose any known property damage or anomalies prior to the sale of a home. We purchased a home that was still occupied when toured, all the issues present were apparently covered up.
Within 2 hours of moving in, We noticed black mold on the walls, warping, parts of floors missing behind appliances the sellers didn't take with them. The vinyl siding is placed over masonite. My bf and I recently moved from a masonite home so we are familiar with the issues it presents. Last night, found out out sill plate is damaged and siding is rotting off.
These people definitely had knowledge of all these issues as they lived here for 30 years and caused them! My boyfriend contacted Pamela Harrison only replied that the sellers have no idea what we're talking about and tp have a good day. Luckily, we have a good case for a lawsuit but after taling every bit of money we have and buying the home, we barely have enough to hire a lawyer.
But, that's what we'll have to do. Beware of anyone from this company, good reputation or bewarenot
