Keller Williams Realty - New Jersey Office Complaint
I submitted a request on trulia and asked a question. I received a response from Yuriko Anderson however with a question and not answering mine.
Then I get a response to call and my question still not answered. I work and cannot call and I said I wanted my question answered however I get ignored then I email the office and get a response from Joanna Gaeble all seemed to go well and I tell her I want nothing to do with Yuriko Anderson at this point so I re asked her my question so someone can respond. So my response comes from the first agent who was not helpful from the start and someone i refused to work with. My response was not even the correct amount just an estimate from a lazy agent.
How do you expect for someone to work with you if you refuse to answer a basic question.
I want a response to this and someone who can actually do their job and wants commission. She is a very lazy person I want a response orI complain further

Call the office and speak to the manager. Express what you shared here. The manager wants you to have the agent you want because they get a commission off your sale.
