Renting an apartment. The landlord from Keller Williams did not have the apartment cleaned prior to me moving in.

Apartment is disgusting, has mold and even blood stains.

Landlord was made aware of that the apartment was not clean 3 times before my move in date. Landlord was extremely unprofessional and unapologetic.

My experience with KW was horrible in many ways.
