The title to my home was stolen on 06/30/20 from an alleged upset sale SIX MONTHS PRIOR on 12/16/19. I have been fighting an uphill battle since 06/28/21 when I first found out about the title transfer.
To sum this up as quickly and directly as I can... there was a mortgage executed 3 days before the alleged sale for the "exact amount of the bid" of $212,000 but 1st payment was not due until 2021, which is when I found out. Then the coerced me into signing another mortgage with them for $150,000 and transferred my tax bills to a fake address and exposed my home to upset five times! The taxes are delinquent, they have tax liens and personal liens in four counties, convictions for unsafe properties, and quality of life.
This *** in a corrupt county with a corrupt tax director, topped with a gutless judge take me to quiet title. Well the judge is given the mortgage fraud and still rules to grant them possession and $184,000 in rent. MY HOME IS PAID OFF WITH A VALUE OF 650,000 TO PROTECT THE LIFETIME OF CARE FOR MY DISABLED SON! IT IS MODIFIED TO MEET HIS NEEDS!
His "wife" a Keller Williams "realtor" has herself licensed as a "broker" owning 51% of one of his fraud LLC companies created a LISTING AGREEMENT FOR MY HOME WITH HIS LLC AS THE SELLER AS A DUAL AGENT back when I first discovered the title transfer. Meanwhile she is obviously involved and was here in my home and saw the modifications for my son confined to a wheelchair. BUT GUESS WHAT?? They are trying to evict by 02/29/24 without being held accountable yet for the theft and fraud...
KELLER WILLIAMS EMPLOYS THIS WOMAN AS A REALTOR? ANA KRAUTHAMER, GREATER WEST CHESTER KELLER WILLIAMS!! YOU EMPLOY A SNAKE WEARING LIPSTICK...didn't Keller Williams just lose a case for more than 40 million for the agents using Dual Agent status??
See this post and let them know what this woman is doing to a family and throwing them on the street with no way to care for their son in a wheelchair. His care will fall upon the Medicaid system to pay when this family prepared for his care so they would not have to rely on of government funds for him!!!Ll
- Agents
User's recommendation: Let Keller Williams know that you would never support a real estate company that would employ a woman who would steal deeds with her husband for his LLC and create listings outside of the MLS so no one gets a fair market value before she transfers to another one of his fake LLC's

Verified Buyer | Lewisville, TexasDeceptive practice
I recently worked and still working with Keller Williams for a condo purchase in Austin and had a disappointing experience. Initially, I was assured by the agent, Scott Stout, that he would assist in finding a tenant for my rental property.
However, after the earnest money was deposited into the title company, I was informed that he no longer handles rentals, which was a key factor in my decision to proceed with the purchase.
During the process, we wasted two days viewing condos because Scott was unaware of the rental cap. Additionally, I had to independently find out the rental value for a storage unit I purchased based on his recommendation, as he couldn't provide this information. I ended up doing all the groundwork myself, which was frustrating and time-consuming.
Despite these issues, Scott promised to help find a tenant, but later stated, "I don't do rentals anymore." This lack of follow-through has left me questioning the value of the service provided, especially considering the substantial commission involved.
We are closing this fall/winter, so the deal hasn't been finalized yet, but this experience has been far from satisfactory.
If Scott had informed me beforehand that he wouldn't assist in finding a tenant, I wouldn't have signed the deal with him. The overall experience did not meet my expectations, and I feel the service provided does not justify the commission awarded to Keller Williams and Scott.
I hope this feedback helps others in making informed decisions.

Verified ReviewerDisrespectful, rude and arrogant
My name is Richard, and I was on the phone with a realtor from Keller Williams roughly a little over an hour ago who goes by the name of Sherry. I went to an open house, took a look at the property, and gave her a call.
She returned the call and, during our conversation about the property that I viewed, she came off as very rude, arrogant, and disrespectful and had the audacity to hang up the phone on me.
I uploaded the photo of the Realtor at the house. I will definitely, without a doubt, not recommend anyone to go to her, or to Keller Williams for that matter, if that's how they handle potential customers.

Poor representation from my agent as a seller.
''I recently sold my home with Heather Openshaw as my realtor. This was a terrible experience.
There were numerous things that were unacceptable. I only saw my agent one time at the time of listing. After that, the communication was average. The agent, Heather Openshaw, was not timely or complete with her communication.
I had a couple of offers on the home. The first one, canceled after the inspection. The agent did not inform me there was a back up offer. The buyers agent lives in my neighborhood and informed me of the back up before my agent did.
Ongoing communication after the original listing and offer was intermittent at best. I knew about the back up offer and contacted Heather who then told me that, yes, there was a back up offer that was over asking price. As we moved forward, this offer was accepted.
I had several questions regarding the offer and the contract that followed. Heather was more responsive with text messages instead of direction communication.
I asked several questions on text about the contract. Heather finally responded in person, and tried to read the contract to me line by line instead of answering my questions. This was very patronizing to me. When I did have phone contact with her in the beginning, her speech was pressured as if trying to get me off the phone.
She did not listen to me and when I tried to raise questions; I had to interrupt her to get a word in edgewise.
As the offer proceeded, she had less and less contact. After I provided her with feedback regarding her communication, she started routing things through her assistant Laura. Her assistant Laura was the point of contact. During the negotiations, the buyers were unhappy with the inspection.
She then began to contact me tried and get me to take the new offer which was some $25,000 below the original. When I would not capitulate, she began to communicate a bit more. During this time, she seemed to try to get me to lower my expectations based on the buyer. She told me that she was kicking in the $6,000 difference.
Eventually, we came to an agreement. I asked her point blank if she was putting in the difference between the offer and my bottom line. She said yes. At the closing, I saw that the other agent also kicked in $3,000.
Part off the agreement was to lease back the home for 60 days.
Heather said there would be a lease agreement. When the agreement was not submitted to me prior to closing, I requested the agreement before the signage at closing. I received a lease agreement from Heather. It turns out that this lease agreement was a dummied agreement that was submitted by Heather.
When the offer was finalized, Heather was still not in direct contact.
Prior to the signing, I received the settlement agreement. It was incorrect, and I sent it back at least three times to be corrected. At that same time, I received what Heathers office called a lease addendum. In fact, it was the buyers generated lease agreement.
At that point, I reached out to Heathers assistant, and she told me that she and Heather manufactured the first lease agreement.
Finally, we come to closing. After kicking back the settlement paperwork due to errors found by me, the sale was executed. The buyers lease agreement was signed. The home closed and was recorded.
The Title company sent an e-mail to inform me of that. After that, Heathers assistant sent a text telling me that the property closed. To this day, I have not personally heard from Heather.
At this time, I do not feel that my interests were represented adequately. Heather could have informed me that I could negotiate the buyers agents fee.
She did not keep me informed throughout the process. I was the one who reviewed the settlement agreement and found the errors. Even after that, still no communication from Heather.
I would not recommend Openshaw or Keller Williams after this experience. I have lived in the home for 35 years.
Granted, I dont have a lot of experience with selling a home.
This is what I paid Heather to do. It was a waste of my money to be represented by Keller Williams and Heather.
Sincerely,
Carey Dickerson

Still dealing with the nightmare of having bought a house with them and had to do something and I do sue people so I’m doing this
Im not going to go into a lot of detail bc it would take too long. Everyone I have ever dealt with at kw has been incompetent and just plain bad at what they do.
They break the law regularly and certainly violate real estate commission standards regularly. I had to walk from my deal to get someone to actually do their job. I fired my realtor and her broker called me and begged me to move forward with the deal assuring me we had a clear to close the next day at 1:45. I got there the next day and the closing docs werent at title company and we did not yet have a clear to close unlike they had promised we did.
It was the only reason I agreed to continue with the deal bc it had been such a nightmare to that point I just wanted to get away from it! And it was an amazing house right on the water. Well I closed but was too late for funds to be wired so I was unable to move. I was closing on my current residence the following Monday and was literally going to be homeless.
I had an apartment lined up but the deal was such a nightmare I had no time to get by and see it and fill out application and by the time I did it was gone. I did not have the time to locate another one and fill out the application and all that before closing(keep in mind my realtor and lender told me not to write any significant checks or do any credit checks until after closing and we were already 14 days past the scheduled closing when I was planning to move into an apartment while renovated new house) I literally had my bank account tied up for 2 entire months. None of what I had so perfectly planned out ended up happening. I did close on the house 2 weeks later and moved straight in and am living on a mattress on the floor with all of my belongings in storage and boxes in the house.
I am living on one side of Ty w house while they renovate the other and will flip flop when done with that side. My life is in shambles. Utter shambles. And I had everything perfectly planned out.
It all went wrong bc my agent Melissa Dixon and her Broker Melissa Babcock at Keller Williams in Mobile Alabama are completely incompetent and care absolutely NOTHING about their clients needs and in NO WAY represent their clients. I was told the night I walked from the deal by my realtor to take a deep breath we have done all we can do its out of our hands now. When my life was falling apart and I was going to be homeless in 3 days. Unfortunately I had to get ugly with everyone to get them to finally take me seriously and get the deal done or I was walking.
Im now thinking Im just going to sell the house and get what I can, cut my losses and move on to something else and lick my wounds there. I have to get my life back in a manageable place. Like I said Im not a litigious person or spiteful and they are very lucky or I would be calling the RE commission and my attorney and they would be in a real mess. I am doing this in hopes it will keep at least some people from making the same mistake.
I promise you there is no house on the planet worth dealing with them. If they have it listed or bring you a propertygraciously decline. Dont get sucked in by it being a nice property. Try to go around them or do whatever you need to do but DO NOT use them.
And if you do just know what youre getting and protect yourself. Im sorry for the long review but thats about 3% of the story and the best I could do. BtwI have been in the real estate business my entire adult life.
I KNOW how these things should go, what the laws are and what the realtors fiduciary duties. They do not clearly

Concern regarding your agent's public behavior
It appears that this office employs at least some individuals who have a history of conducting their business by wreaking havoc -- retaliation, mud-slinging, whatever you may desire to call it -- on other people's professional and private lives. There is a character in your employ by the name of a Kate Brassel who has a very disturbing history of trampling over the lives of innocent others including students, professors, et al.
-- -- apparently stemming from New York to Petaluma, CA, Holyoke, Andover, Cape Cod, Concord, Massachusetts on up through Maine traipsing around in a high-falutin' trampling fashion over customers and the general public -- and we refuse to conduct business with an organization that is a risk to our financial, moral, and mental well-being. From unwelcome and flamboyantly, arrogant sly, grotesquely manipulative flirtations to instigating law suit hungry confrontations, your employee has lost you potential business. Disgusting to say the least because at least some lives suffered irrecoverable damages, injuries, and wounds due to Brassel's professional and moral decrepitude, some to the tune of millions in damages and surmounting; yet, the integral damage to individual lives and families is incalculable and also surmounting, Brassel.
P.S. Kathleen Brassel, please know that you are on notice that if you harass, intimidate, flaunt around, retaliate against, or entice innocent families including ours -- including screaming out of your vehicle targeting common pedestrians as has occurred amidst Professors and unwitting students of immediate past -- for whatever twisted motives you have against others in workplaces, institutions, and the general public you'll be reported to the police accompanied with an application for a restraining order.
Try asking your Professors and professional colleagues about such heightened concern for personal and family safety given your past history.
They're not likely to wince at shedding light on the truth of your all too obvious sly games. Boiling things down to the elements, this character's unwelcome, calculatingly deceptive solicitations and retaliatory actions made for quite the hostile workplace/educational atmosphere, to the point of others suffering intimidation, fear, and unsettling disturbance of the overall peace.

Unprofessional realtor
Agent Stephanie Freemyer backed out of a signed lease agreement we had with her to rent a property 3 weeks prior to move in. We had already quit our jobs out of state and had jobs lined up when we would move.
Completely unprofessional realtor, would not ever do business with someone like this or the company they represent. If I could give you zero stars, I would.
User's recommendation: Don't do business with this person or company
Local agents are being evasive
I called SueAnn Leighty regarding her listing in Salem for three days straight. No return call.
Home was listed as not being shown until open house on sat 9/7. Open house was cancelled, and she texted me Friday night saying it went into atty review and isn't available. I was a realtor for 20 years and know this is a lie. I said why aren't you showing thru atty?
She told me to try back it may be available and I said so you kept the listing for yourself she told me to not contact her anymore with my rude comments I am filing a complaint with the Real estate commission and she can explain to them why she kept the listing and wouldn't show to other agents! Very unprofessional. I called office and broker never got back to me.
I left a message with corporate headquarters. I intend to follow this all the way thru because this against her fiduciary obligation!

Problem with Andrew Ostrander
Listed a home with Andrew Ostrander,Keller Williams in December 2023. This was a nine month listing to end in August.
The price was decreased two times and unbeknownst to us the reduction in price had a four month extension of contract that we would have never agreed to. We have found a new realtor and offered to pay Andrews marketing costs related to our home to get out of the contract. He will not do this.
Feel like we have been hoodwinked by him. If he can do this to his own brother what does he do to others?

Whatever you do, do NOT use Estrella Teilhaber as your buyers agent. She does NOT look out for your best interests as a buyer, demands you put down more earnest money than you need to, doesnt even bother to ask to extend the due diligence period, and discourages the most basic of negotiations, and refuses to advocate or negotiate anything for you at all (not sure if it is laziness or just wanting to keep the sale price as high as possible to get her commission a few dollars higher).
I couldnt even get her to fix all the plumbing that needed repairing as she only meekly asked the sellers to repair one leak, when there were serval plumbing issues she was supposed to get fixed while the plumber was out there, anyways.
It was like she was working for the sellers more than me.

TLDR: Never use this company. Their poor inspection literally cost me over 50k and caused me to buy a home with myriad of structural, flooring and foundational issues.
Their efforts at rectifying the situation made it even worse! I hired this company to inspect a home before purchasing it. It was done by the owner's (Brett) sons-in-law, who did a terrible job. They missed so many defects, and to make matters worse, Brett himself assured me that the foundation, crawlspace and overall structure were 'just fine' and 'all good' during a long phone conversation with him after the inspection (without ever having set foot in the crawlspace or foundation himself!).
I made a huge deal about this before purchasing the house and only proceeded to put the earnest money due to his multiple assurances about the condition. To reiterate, I never would have bought the house had I known about these issues. Later on, after realizing what terrible of a job this was, Brett said he felt very guilty and 'so very' bad and admitted the inspection was poorly done by his sons-in-law. He kept verbally promising repairs to the foundation and other issues for SIX MONTHS.
I have waited for almost six month and been given excuse after lame excuse why the repairs are getting delayed. Brett insisted on a structural engineer's report and hired one himself (to 'cover himself' with any repairs he did to the crawlspace and support beams and foundation), but it appears that he didn't like what was in the report so backtracked on the promised repairs after six months. To make matter even worse, when Brett first realized how bad the job was and he was freaking out, he and his sons-in-law hastily installed a new vapor barrier over the old one at the home. I was warned by other contractors that this goes against industry standards and that you're not supposed to do this.
Sure enough, after 5 months, a horrible stench started to permeate through my crawlspace and finally into the downstairs living area. I had to pay $1,800 to have another company remove both vapor barriers (along with all the trash/cardboard boxes Brett left under the new vapor barrier). Moisture gets trapped between the two vapor barriers, along with wet trash that begins to produce mold and stink!
I cannot believe Brett did this to me! His company treats mold but they caused mold to produce in my crawlspace!
